Live Webinar

Approved for 12 EMDRIA Credits

This live webinar is specifically for clinicians who have completed EMDR basic training. This program aims to increase clinician competency and confidence in the identification, conceptualization, and treatment of dissociation and dissociative disorders. This program identifies how to effectively conceptualize dissociation utilizing the AIP model and provides participants with resources for appropriately amending the facilitation of EMDR to support clients who experience significant trauma-related dissociation. Attendees will learn how to effectively integrate the theory of structural dissociation with the facilitation of EMDR to appropriately conceptualize and treat clients who experience significant trauma-related dissociation. This program will provide clinicians who work with complex trauma, clarity on how to effectively identify, conceptualize, and facilitate treatment with clients who present with trauma-related dissociation. It is an ideal training for clinicians who often feel stuck or overwhelmed when working with dissociation. The presenters will explore the spectrum of dissociation and the presentation of DID and other dissociative disorders.

Presenters: Caroline Falk, LCPC & Sharnise Hendrick, LCPC
