A key component of case conceptualization is target selection. This training will teach six validated strategies for target selection that create efficient “routes” for adaptive memory reprocessing and bring optimal relief of clinical symptoms- (1) “Floatback route”, (2) “Intrusion route”, (3) “Timeline route”, (4) “Belief route”, (5) “Emotion route”, and (6) “Flashforward route.
