This session focuses on Phase 1 of EMDR therapy, examining current literature on trauma treatment for Autistic and ADHD clients, including EMDR and schema therapy. Participants will learn to integrate neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches to case formulation, history-taking, and assessment. Gain confidence in creating thorough treatment plans that account for neurodivergent needs and trauma history.
