This workshop will explore the application of EMDR in treating sexual dysfunctions that may be rooted in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and negative core beliefs and thoughts. Participants will learn how to integrate the 8 phases of the standard EMDR protocol to address underlying emotional and cognitive barriers affecting sexual well-being and functioning. The training will include utilizing the EMDR case conceptualization, as well as evidence-based practice interventions, to enhance clinicians’ skills in applying EMDR to treatment of sexual dysfunctions.
