This multi-week course (May 22 – October 18, 2026) will equip EMDR therapists with deeper knowledge of parts and ego states based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, offering ways to to blend IFS into all eight phases of EMDR. This gives therapists enhanced tools for EMDR phase 2 preparation, and enriches EMDR phase 4 with many more creative cognitive interweaves. The aim of this course is to facilitate safer, relational EMDR treatments by therapists working with complex clients such as those experiencing attachment wounds, relationship issues, addictions, dissociation, phobias, OCD, DID & psychosis.
