This two day workshop provides an in-depth exploration of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, incorporating EMDR, nature-based interventions, and addiction treatment. Through lectures, demos, and practice exercises, participants will learn to integrate IFS with these modalities, focusing on unblending, polarizations, and therapeutic insights using the “about face” technique.
