Consultation: Ten hours of consultation are required in order to complete the training. With this curriculum, the consultation hours are built into the training schedule and provided during the dates listed above.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

This EMDR Training is designed for licensed mental health professionals who work in a clinical setting. The training meets EMDRIA requirements and includes lecture, live demonstrations, videotaped demonstrations and supervised practice. With this curriculum, the 10.5 consultation hours are built into the training schedule.

The EMDR training offered by EMDR Center for Southern California is uniquely designed to take place in four two-day modules that span the course of four months. In addition to the EMDR therapy protocol, this curriculum covers basic neurobiology of trauma and models for understanding and assessing dissociation and attachment disorders aiding the clinician in treating more complex cases.
