This is an interactive, practical workshop that brings together EMDR and parts-work. Using an IFS lens, the presenter explains the history of application of parts work, and discusses the shared theoretical principles between these therapies. Also discussed is the way IFS and EMDR integrate into the trauma-recovery model including the role of working memory theory and memory reconsolidation.
