Knowing Polyvagal Theory isn’t the same as using it in EMDR. This training introduces the PV-EMDR model, showing how autonomic state shapes every phase. Participants will learn to gauge readiness with the Preparation Hierarchy, build interoceptive capacity in Phase 2 and apply social engagement interventions during reprocessing.
