This lively and informative workshop will summarize a basic introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, explore Self Energy’s deeper role in the EMDR process, and demonstrate practical IFS-Informed clinical interventions in Phases 4-8 of EMDR therapy. Participants will learn through lecture, demonstrations and experiential learning.
