This course (December 5, 2024 – May 29, 2025) offers an in-depth exploration of integrating EMDR with somatic interweaves to effectively address trauma. Additionally, it incorporates mindfulness-based experiential therapies, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to facilitate the reconsolidation of emotional memories rooted in early maladaptive attachment experiences. Special attention is paid to working with shame. The curriculum is designed to balance didactic instruction with experiential learning, employing videos and demonstrations to underscore clinical interventions. Participants will acquire specific therapeutic techniques and benefit from opportunities for supervised practice.
