The Distancing Approach is used to assist the client to become a detached observer to his/her thoughts/sensations/images. The presentation addresses all phases of EMDR treatment and uses videos of a client diagnosed with OCD to demonstrate the three components of the approach. This in-person event will also be simultaneously live streamed.
