This training introduces the Nest Metaphor, a somatic, nature-based lens for case conceptualization and preparation. Participants learn novel, neuro-informed strategies to assess readiness, strengthen safety, and refine treatment planning, leaving with clinical language, practical tools, and applicable insights that deepen effectiveness across EMDR Phases 1 and 2.
