Using brief lectures and experiential learning, two innovative uses of EMDR, field tested in 11 countries by the presenter and his colleagues, will be summarized: 1) Restricted breathing as a treatment target; 2) Strengthening resilience through creative use of the Future Template. The presenter will also provide a simpler way to test the efficacy of these techniques.
