TRAINING OVERVIEW

This EMDR Training is designed for licensed mental health professionals who work in a clinical setting. The training meets EMDRIA requirements and includes lecture, live demonstrations and supervised practice.

Inspired EMDR Basic Training builds your skills step by step. It teaches the core EMDR ideas clearly and in-depth, with ample time for practice, discussions, and personalized guidance. The steady pace and small group size gives you more one-on-one attention, helping you master foundational techniques and understand the key principles.
