The 2021 EMDRIA Conference had an exciting lineup of diverse offerings. This year we had Wendy Ashley, Psy.D., LCSW, MSW passionately promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in her practice, research, and teachings. We also have Ana Gomez, MC, LPC, a highly requested lecturer known for her innovative work with children and adolescents, insightful books, and creative clinical resources specific to EMDR therapy. Dr. Deborah Korn will also be presenting on the hot and frequently requested topic of complex trauma. Deborah Korn, Psy.D. has presented both nationally and internationally, has authored or co-authored numerous articles and chapters focused on EMDR therapy, and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of EMDR Practice and Research. We also had specialists working with people across the dissociative spectrum, including D. Michael Coy, M.A., LICSW and Jennifer Madere, M.A. Michael and Jennifer have collaborated in the overhauls of the Multidimensional Inventory of Dissociation (MID) Analysis and have presented both nationally and internationally on MID applications to clinical practice.
