Editorial retraction
An editorial retraction notice.
Abstract
“In Volume 10, Issue 2 (2016), Journal of EMDR Practice and Research published the article “The Efficacy of EMDR in the Treatment of Depression” by Y. W. M. Gauhar [1]. A reader identified statistical inconsistencies in the study, prompting us to consult with technical experts. Reviewers determined that the study contained significant statistical anomalies and recommended an independent reanalysis of the data. The author was unable to provide the raw data used in the study on request. The editors have lost confidence in the integrity of the data presentation in this paper. As a consequence, the editors of Journal of EMDR Practice and Research have decided to retract this paper. Author Y.W.M Gauhar did not respond regarding the retraction.
