What is Resilience Anyway?

Resilience is a quality that we have grappled with, demonstrating, teaching, and living it for the past year. These are challenging times. This virus has turned our world upside down. It’s one thing to “bounce back” from single adversity, but what does it take to “bounce forward” into an unpredictable time frame and into an unpredictable future? Healthy therapist self-care, and client care, can include using Well-Being Theory and Positive Psychology interventions to support healthy, adaptive responses to challenges in the U.S.
