Accessibility
EMDRIA staff would like for everyone to be able to comprehend your presentation. Please follow the tips in this handout to create a more accessible presentation.
Bibliography & APA Citation Form
All presenters at the EMDRIA Summit must submit both a full bibliography and a citation form indicating the three (3) most relevant citations for your presentation from a peer-reviewed journal no older than 10 years.

Presentation Templates
Please use one of the presentation templates below, available in both PowerPoint and Canva formats.
Each session needs to have a visual presentation. We ask EMDRIA event speakers to use these templates to ensure consistency in accessibility and branding across all presentations. The templates help ensure that slides meet accessibility standards—like proper contrast, readable fonts, and structured layouts—so that all attendees, including those with visual or cognitive impairments, can fully engage with the content. It also makes it easier for speakers to focus on their message without worrying about design details.

Please upload presentation handouts directly to your unique Dropbox folder that was provided to you. If you have misplaced the link to this folder, please email events@emdria.org.
Promote Your Session
Generate interest in your session by taking advantage of our active social media communities, as well as your social networks, to promote your upcoming participation at the summit. EMDRIA will provide individual speaker/session images and sample text you can use for this purpose.
