Please note that all expedited shipping requests must be received by noon on the day they are to be processed. It may not be possible for us to handle rush orders placed after noon.

The DVD was produced by award-winning filmmaker Michael Burns, as part of his full-length documentary EMDR, slotted for release in 2010.
