SHIPPING:
HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please note that all orders placed after Noon (central) On Friday, December 19 will ship on Tuesday, December 30. Expedited and Rush shipping will not be available during this break. If you placed an order before Noon on December 30 it will ship no later than Monday, December 22. We are still waiting on a reprint of our Spanish brochures but will have them for December 30 shipping. Thanks and have a lovely holiday!
We generally ship on Tuesdays and Fridays each week via United States Postal Service Media Mail which takes 6-10 business days to arrive. Priority Mail is available for an additional charge. For items requiring special shipping such as Next Day or 2 Day, please contact us at 512-451-5200 to place your order by phone or download an order form to send in by fax or mail. Please note that all expedited shipping requests must be received by noon on the day they are to be processed.
