About Me

My practice as a therapist focuses on supporting adults and adolescents who want to improve their quality of life by reducing mental health symptoms, engaging in introspection and not take life too seriously. EMDR was something I did as a teen while on my own mental health journey and I credit it for starting a trajectory I don't think I would have found otherwise. When not doing therapy or learning about the mystery of the human mind you'll find me playing with my kids, French bulldog and outdoors (ideally all 3 at once).
