About Me

Dr. O holds a Doctoral Degree in International Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Coach, and Consultant who specializes in systemic, complex, and developmental trauma, regulating emotional distress, helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals, minority and race-based issues, and nonprofit business development. Dr. O is passionate about human and civil rights equality and takes a Global approach incorporating a persons’ culture, belief system, and values into individualized services provided. Dr. O has traveled the world for leisure and conducting research on diverse populations and topics. In addition to international travel, Dr. O enjoys reading, riding her bike, skating, working out, writing and reciting poetry, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and two children.
