Catherine Mobley, LMHC, MCAP, QSFL
About Me
I grew up with a Navy Corpsman and a Schoolteacher, learning from a young age that people are strong and capable, and will excel given the right tools. I have particular appreciation for our protectors: Military and First Responders. My career path has included: overseas military installation and Veterans Affairs, inpatient addictions, community clinics, and disaster response counseling. I gravitate towards trauma-focused CBT, ACT, MI, DBT, with an overall client-centered and strengths-based approach.
