About Me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that approaches her work with passion, care and hope, to bring relief and healing to my clients. I strongly believe in the EMDR process! I have experienced countless times, the relief and healing my clients receive from traumatic memories and experiences that they've endured in life. When you meet me, you will immediately feel that I am engaged in your story and see how vested I am in building trust and helping you no longer feel "stuck." It is an honor to be in this field and a gift to help others. My approach is one of empathy and respect and to ensure you are not alone as you move towards your healing.
Education & Experience
Graduated from Cal State University Fullerton, magna cum laude - Furthered my education by being trained in EMDR and have used EMDR for over 10 years now in my private practice; I am also trained by the Amen Clinic as a Brain Health Coach and incorporate Neuroscience into my practice offering brain scans and other cutting-edge solutions for brain and mental health.
