About Me
My approach is holistic and comprehensive. Mental health issues are not only about cognitive and emotional process (thoughts and emotions), but also about physical process (nervous system and manifestation as sensation in the body). Some people feel something in the body even though your doctor tells you that you are healthy and nothing bad has been found in your body. However, you still feel something in the heart or excessive heart pounding. In addition to cognitive, emotional, and physical aspects, there is another layer to them. it’s energetic and spiritual aspect. In energy system (chakra, and meridian system), thought, emotion and body affect your energy system and vice versa. If you work on you energy system and improves it, your issues in thought, emotion and body are improved. This holistic multi dimensional approaches will help you resolve your mental health issues more efficiently based on your needs and goals. In addition to regular talk therapy, somatic experiencing (nervous system and physiology), EMDR (cognition, emotion, and body), Pranic Healing (non-touch energy healing on energy and 11 major chakra system), and other approaches such as essential oil approach in inhaling essential oil based on 11 major chakra system, nutrition for certain issues (ADHD, depression, anxiety, cortisol level), neck breathing for anxiety and racing thoughts, and mindfulness approach (catching oneself, racing thoughts and meditation).
