I provide practical skills to create a more healthy, engaging, and loving attachment with others and resolving negative family patterns and interactions. I will help you find your courage to take new steps towards lasting change. You will find our time together to be a calming and welcoming place where you can feel safe, allowing you to growth and find hope, healing and restoration for you to thrive again. Private Practice at Tilton Counseling Center, PLLC, Owner, Therapist 2022 - Present. ERP Specialized Therapist 2021 - 2022. Community Mental Health experiences include: foster care, elderly, homeless, HIV homeless, low income families. Outpatient and residential experiences include : hospice, group home (teen girls), substance abuse treatment center (2000-2021) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical experience include: hospital, psychiatric nursing, nursing homes (1991-1998)
