Ms. Lisa Maria Martin, LPC, LMFT
Preferred Name: Lisa
About Me
I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples, families, LGBTQ, first responders, military personnel, and the elderly in the service of helping people find their own way of existing comfortably in their relationships and in the world. I particularly enjoy working with courageous trauma survivors who are willing to do EMDR to become free of disturbing thoughts and images that prevent them from being wholly present in the moment.
Education & Experience
I received my BA in Psychology at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas. I then went on to receive my MA in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a certified CBT therapist and have been trained in EMDR.
