About Me

You're feeling overwhelmed, lost and disconnected from yourself and the important people in your life. Stress seems to be a burden you carry with you everywhere you go and tension and irritability consume you. Sometimes feeling better just seems hopeless. But there is hope. You're here because you're ready to move on from the past. Imagine feeling relaxed, calm and at ease. Imagine having the capacity to pursue your passions or being in the moment with the people you love. However you are, no matter what’s going on in your life right now, the fact that you’re here on this page says to me that a part of you is hopeful that things can be different for you. That healing is possible. That you’re ready for something better. I believe no matter where we’re starting from, change is possible and I'm honored to support you on that journey.
