About Me

I am a therapist who is available for online therapy in both California and Washington. I am certified in EMDR, which means I have gone through the extensive training and also do continuing education around the latest advancements in EMDR. I believe in the power and efficacy of EMDR to help resolve traumatic memories and restore healing. I work holistically, using mind/body methods to gain access to the one's own natural healing ability.
