About Me
I am a therapist with over 20 years in the field, having treated individuals, families and couples with a very broad variety of issues. I am particularly interested in trauma, and I am trained in various trauma modalities for this reason. Overall, my approach is a strength-based, solution focused, compassionate psychotherapy with my clients. I utilize the following modalities in treatment: CBT, EMDR, Behavioral Activation, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness based therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy My goal is to support clients in their endeavor to live a life which is authentic, and fulfilling while also encouraging them to express their true self and to find joy in themselves and their full potential.
