About Me
My work focuses on helping individuals with disordered eating, body image issues and depression in overcoming feelings of guilt, shame and avoidance, and work towards finding their most authentic and best self. I am committed to helping individuals learn how to build healthier relationships with their bodies through a holistic treatment approach. Over my 12 years of practice, I have evolved into offering a multi-faceted treatment approach. In addition to traditional talk therapy that includes a trauma sensitive, HAES and intuitive eating foundation, I offer trauma sensitive yoga and Safe EMDR. Each therapeutic approach is individualized to meet one's identified treatment goals. If you are struggling with disordered eating, negative body image and/or unresolved trauma, I offer a variety of treatment approaches to meet you where you're at and support you along this healing journey.
